Happy New You!

Happy New You!

During the holiday season through mid-January we often hear the phrase "Happy New Year!"  Too often, we focus on the to-do list we've created for ourselves for the new year, and we forget about the most important part of the phrase... "HAPPY!"  If you've been feeling depressed or lethargic, happiness may be the one gift you truly want for yourself this year.  And it's a gift you CAN give yourself.
Unhappiness is a sign our lives are out of balance.

If needed, adding a tablespoon of honey to an 8-ounce cup makes it sweeter on the palate.
